Our story
Validate Pest Control was built on over 35 years of hands-on pest management experience. Our founder began his career in the industry in the late 1980s, working across residential, commercial, and agricultural sectors before establishing Validate to bring that depth of expertise directly to clients across East Anglia.
We started with residential work across Norfolk and Suffolk, building a reputation for thorough surveys, honest advice, and treatments that actually work. Word spread, and we now serve commercial clients, landlords, and housing associations across the region.
Three and a half decades in the field means we've seen virtually every pest scenario imaginable. That experience shapes how we approach every job — methodically, efficiently, and with a clear focus on lasting results rather than repeat call-outs.

All our technicians hold RSPH qualifications and have been assessed as suitably qualified and experienced (SQE) under the Control of Pesticides Regulations. We complete regular CPD to stay current with legislation, products, and best practice.
